Essential Qualifications for MNNIT Allahabad

  1. M. Tech in Engineering or Ph.D. in Humanities/Science/Management: First Class [60% Marks or GPA 6.5/10] in the relevant discipline.
  2. Ph.D. in Engineering: Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
  3. Candidates must also have a First Class [60% Marks or GPA 6.5/10] in their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).

Pay Scale

  • M. Tech in Engineering / Ph.D. in Humanities/Science/Management: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (all-inclusive)
  • Ph.D. in Engineering: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (all-inclusive)
