PRACHI SINGH

Currently, I serve as a professor at JV Law College, Bangalore, affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, where I mentor students and guide them through the intricacies of the law. I also hold an LLM, and my dissertation titled “A Critical Study on Human Rights of ST and SC Communities with Reference to Social Discrimination in India” has been published in Scholar’s Paradise (Volume 16, ISBN 978-81-947620-1-0).

Throughout my academic career, I have demonstrated a strong passion for fostering students’ intellectual growth and their understanding of the law. I have been involved in mentoring programs and have also guided research initiatives related to women’s workplace rights under the POSH Act, as well as on other topics of societal importance. My commitment to legal education is evident in my teaching philosophy, which is grounded in critical thinking and ethical awareness.
