I have completed my Ph.D. in Management and have qualified UGC- NET exam. As a dedicated finance educator and researcher, I bring over a decade of combined academic and corporate experience to the classroom. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Medi-Caps University, Indore, I specialize in Financial Management, Behavioral Finance, Business Analytics and General Management. My research focuses on financial risk tolerance, investment behavior, and financial literacy, with published work in reputed journals and books.

Beyond academia, I actively contribute to University administration, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), event coordination, and student mentorship. My corporate background in financial analysis, risk compliance, and business strategy enables me to bridge theory with real-world applications, enriching student learning.

I am passionate about mentoring future professionals, integrating innovative teaching methodologies, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
