I am deeply passionate about civil engineering education and research, and I aspire to bring this passion into a dynamic Assistant/Associate Professor role within your institution. Over the past 13 years, I have built my academic and professional journey around three key values: advancing sustainable engineering solutions, empowering students through engaging pedagogy, and fostering collaboration that bridges academic, industry, and community.
My doctoral and subsequent research has focused on structural engineering and sustainable construction materials, with a particular emphasis on geopolymer concrete and advanced material applications. These efforts have resulted in over 84 publications, multiple patents, and externally funded research projects in Oman and India. As a Senior Lecturer at Middle East College, Muscat, I have also had the privilege of leading accreditation processes (OAAA, OQF, JBM), coordinating international training programs,
and mentoring students in both academic and research capacities.
