I am writing to submit my application, along with my CV, for the professor of practice  faculty position (Full-time/Part-time) in Operations Management discipline. With over 25 plus years of industry experience, I have worked in various areas such as Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Machinery automation, Facilities Management, Project Management, , Lean, Six Sigma, and Integrated Management Systems. My educational background is in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, and Quality Management.

In my last job I was serving as Assistant Vice President of Customer Centricity at Piramal Realty. Previously, I held the position of General Manager – Quality & Facility Management at Godrej Properties Ltd., where I managed Facilities Management (FM), finishes quality, and project handovers for residential and commercial sites across India. I have significant experience in operations, business strategy, and facility management, as well as ensuring product and service quality to meet company objectives. I also played a key role in developing an internal audit program to maintain alignment with the latest standard operating procedures (SOPs).

In addition to my extensive industry expertise, I have a deep understanding of technology trends and have led several initiatives to implement quality assurance and quality control processes that improve product quality while reducing costs. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills in an academic setting to further contribute to the development of future professionals in this field.
