Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Sc./B.E./B. Tech. (CS/IT/Computer Applications) or B.C.A.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Installation & Configuration: Set up new computers, software, and peripherals as per security standards
- System Maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and backups
- User Support: Provide technical help in-person, over the phone, or online
- Hardware & Software Management: Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Security: Implement firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures
- Training: Educate users on new software/hardware
- Documentation: Maintain IT systems and procedure records
- Scope: Includes IT infrastructure, ICT equipment, projectors, CCTV, and online meeting tools
