I am Priyabrata Sahoo, a Ph.D. graduate from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) under the supervision of Dr. H. S. S. Ramakrishna Matte. I completed my master’s degree in physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. I am writing to express my interest in the Assistant Professor position in Physics.

Throughout my career, I have worked on vibrant interdisciplinary topics in physics and material Science, publishing 10 articles in internationally renowned journals such as ACS, RSC, and Wiley with an average impact factor of approximately 6. I am also the co-inventor of two Indian patents, one of which has already been granted. Based on my research work, I was nominated for the “Young Scientist Award” by LUM GmbH, Berlin, Germany. Additionally, I am a recipient of various travel grants from the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Recently, I was awarded Associate Membership (AMRSC) by the Royal Society of Chemistry, London.

Besides my research, I am passionate about teaching students through interactive learning that enhances critical thinking. I am confident that my research experience and qualifications would make me a valuable asset to your team.
