My duties include overseeing curriculum development, coordinating with faculty to ensure alignment with educational standards, managing academic programs, organizing academic events, handling student-related issues, assisting in faculty recruitment, and supporting administrative tasks related to academics. Additionally, I'm responsible for monitoring academic performance and implementing strategies and TLM to enhance the quality of education within the institution as well as develop formal policies/procedures for daily operations such as program approvals/tracking, financial tracking systems, staff meetings and leadership opportunities
I was in charge of all the paperworks. My daily activity includes preparing, editing and proofreading all the documents as well as implementing digital marketing. I developed the Online Testing system and trained the faculty on how to operate the classes and take tests. During this time our institution shifted its system from offline to completely digital one.
