Position Description
The successful candidate will specialize in Applied Microeconomics with research and teaching interests in areas such as:
- Urban economics
- Economics of race and gender
- Labor economics
- Education economics
- Public policy
- Economic history
Teaching Responsibilities Include:
- Advanced Cross-Sectional Econometrics
- Introduction to Econometrics
- Principles of Economics
- Intermediate/Advanced electives related to the specialty
- Teaching load: 5 courses per academic year

Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Economics (completed by August 2026)
