Position Description:

This position will contribute to the Department’s mission of advancing high-impact scholarship on global business. Faculty research areas include:

  • Global strategy, MNC management, and non-market strategy
  • Institutional context and embeddedness
  • Corruption, innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • Geopolitical risk, digital transformation, and AI in IB
  • Regional expertise: Southeast Asia, Africa, and emerging markets

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related field by August 2026
  • Proven or potential excellence in research and teaching
  • Strong disciplinary and regional expertise in international business

Preferred:

  • Research in AI, cybersecurity, global value chains, or digital economy
  • Experience with emerging markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Africa)
  • Publications in top-tier academic journals
