Assistant Professor:

• Ph.D. with a First-Class Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant management-related discipline.
  OR
• First-Class graduate and professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, or Company Secretary.
  AND
• Published at least two research papers based on Ph.D. work (one in a refereed journal).
• Presented two papers from Ph.D. work at conferences/seminars sponsored by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies.
• Published work may also include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, or patents filed.

Pay Scale:

As per UGC guidelines, but salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
