Assistant Professor of Management at Eastern Kentucky University

Position Description:

The selected candidate will:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in business management and human resources
  • Primarily engage in in-person teaching, with occasional online courses
  • Contribute to the curriculum in core business and management-related fields
  • Participate in professional service, university service, and community outreach
  • Conduct and publish scholarly research aligned with EKU’s mission

Excellence in teaching is essential. A demonstrated ability or potential to contribute to academic scholarship and program development will be highly valued.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Master’s degree in a related business field from an AACSB-accredited institution

Preferred:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or EdD) in a relevant business discipline
  • Experience teaching both online and face-to-face undergraduate classes
  • Active research agenda with peer-reviewed publications

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
  • Faculty Full-Time – Salary Grade 01
