Position Description:
The selected candidate will:
- Teach undergraduate courses in business management and human resources
- Primarily engage in in-person teaching, with occasional online courses
- Contribute to the curriculum in core business and management-related fields
- Participate in professional service, university service, and community outreach
- Conduct and publish scholarly research aligned with EKU’s mission
Excellence in teaching is essential. A demonstrated ability or potential to contribute to academic scholarship and program development will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Master’s degree in a related business field from an AACSB-accredited institution
Preferred:
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or EdD) in a relevant business discipline
- Experience teaching both online and face-to-face undergraduate classes
- Active research agenda with peer-reviewed publications
