  • Degree awarded in regular mode
  • Thesis evaluated by at least two examiners
  • Open Ph.D. viva voce conducted
  • At least two research papers published from Ph.D. work (one in a refereed journal)
  • At least two conference/seminar presentations (sponsored by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR, etc.)

OR

• Ph.D. from a top 500-ranked foreign university (QS, THE, ARWU)
