Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

1. Private Secretary (Age Limit: 40 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or equivalent, or 5 years’ experience as a Stenographer in a University, Research Establishment, Government, PSU, or Autonomous body.
  • Stenography speed of 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi).
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
• Desirable: Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

2. Personal Assistant (Age Limit: 35 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Proficiency in stenography with a minimum speed of 100 wpm.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • Two years’ experience as a Stenographer or equivalent.
• Desirable: Proficiency in English and good communication skills.

3. Upper Division Clerk (Age Limit: 40 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Two years’ experience as a Lower Division Clerk or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
  • Proficiency in computer operations.

4. Lower Division Clerk (Age Limit: 40 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
  • Proficiency in computer operations.

5. Hindi Typist (Age Limit: 35 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.

6. Library Attendant (Age Limit: 35 years)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
  • Certificate course in Library Science.
  • One year’s experience in an educational institution library.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Candidates are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Verification: Submitted documents are subject to verification at any stage. Providing false information will lead to disqualification or termination.
3. Reservation and Relaxation:
   • Age relaxation as per Government norms.
   • Valid certificates must be uploaded to claim reservation benefits.
4. Separate Applications: A separate application is required for each post.
5. Ex-Servicemen: Must provide relevant documentation.
