Position Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching five courses annually across the CS curriculum (introductory to advanced)
- Supporting student advising and mentoring
- Developing an active research agenda, particularly involving undergraduates
- Contributing to department-wide initiatives in pedagogy, curriculum, and service
- Participating in the growth and inclusivity of the MSCS community
All areas of specialization in computer science are welcome. Candidates with a passion for interdisciplinary work and student-centered teaching are especially encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Required:
- PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field (expected by August 2026)
Preferred:
- Experience or interest in inclusive teaching methods
- Demonstrated potential for mentoring undergraduate research

Salary Scale:
$83,000 – $88,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
