Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M.Com. with First Class or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant field
• First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 2 years Post-Ph.D.
• At least 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals

Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant field
• First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, including 3 years as Associate Professor
• Either:
  • 6 research publications as an Associate Professor + 2 Ph.D. guided
  • OR 10 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals

Job Location

• Nagpur, Maharashtra

Pay Scale

• As per UGC, AICTE, and State Government norms
