Qualifications & Experience

Professor (Level 14A)

• Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent in all degrees
• Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience (4 years as Associate Professor in premier institutes)
• Strong research and consulting credentials
• Publications in A/A* category journals preferred

Associate Professor (Level 13A2)

• Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent in all degrees
• Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. experience (3 years as Assistant Professor)
• Strong research publications in reputed journals

Assistant Professor Grade I (Level 12)

• Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent in all degrees
• Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. experience
• Publications in B category or above journals

Assistant Professor Grade II (Levels 11 & 10)

• Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent in all degrees
• Level 11: More than 1 year post-Ph.D. experience
• Level 10: Fresh Ph.D. candidates may also apply
• Publications in ABDC journals preferred

Professor of Practice

• Minimum 20 years relevant experience (5 years at a senior level)
• Ph.D. desirable but not mandatory
• Industry/government leadership experience preferred

Senior Consultants

• Senior academicians or professionals with expertise in academic administration, MDPs, and consulting

Pay Scale

• Professor: ₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200
• Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300
• Assistant Professor Grade I: ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400
• Assistant Professor Grade II (Level 11): ₹68,900 – ₹1,17,200
• Assistant Professor Grade II (Level 10): ₹57,700 – ₹98,200
• Senior Consultant: ₹1,50,000 per month
