Lecturer – Hotel Management

Open Positions

Applications are invited for lecturer roles in the following specializations:

• Food Production – 8 positions
• Bakery – 2 positions
• Food and Beverage Service – 10 positions
• Room Division Operations – 7 positions
• Communication – 4 positions
• French – 2 positions
• Management – 2 positions
• Carving Trainer – 4 positions

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on practical sessions in the assigned subject
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments
• Provide mentorship and academic advising to students
• Stay updated with current trends in the hospitality industry
• Participate in department meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs
• Support institutional growth and academic goals
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree with substantial hospitality industry experience (considered)
• Proven professional experience in the hospitality sector
• Prior teaching experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching
• Strong commitment to student development and learning outcomes
