Modern Public School, a reputed CBSE and IB PYP institution in Shalimar Bagh, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following teaching and non-teaching positions:

Teaching Positions

1. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) – English

• Postgraduate in English with B.Ed.
• Experience in senior secondary teaching preferred.
• Strong language and communication skills are essential.

2. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – English

• Graduate with English as a core subject and B.Ed.
• Excellent subject knowledge and fluency in English required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

3. Primary Teachers

• Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed.
• Should possess creative and child-centric teaching methods.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

4. Home Room Teachers for IB PYP

• Trained and experienced in the IB Primary Years Programme.
• PYP Certification preferred.
• Able to facilitate inquiry-based learning in a global classroom setting.

5. Nursery Teachers

• NTT or equivalent certification required.
• Must be caring, patient, and possess strong classroom management skills.
• Early years teaching experience preferred.

6. German Language Teacher

• Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in German.
• Certification in German language (minimum B1 level).
• Teaching experience in a school setup preferred.

Non-Teaching Positions

7. Counsellor

• Postgraduate in Psychology or Child Development.
• Certified in counseling practices.
• Must be experienced in handling academic and emotional guidance for school students.

8. Lab Assistant – Chemistry

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
• Familiarity with school laboratory practices and safety norms.
• Prior experience in handling chemistry practicals is desirable.

Eligibility & Other Details

• IB PYP-trained teachers at the Primary Level will be given preference.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Salary as per government norms or mutual negotiations.
• Advance increments for deserving and experienced candidates.
