Vice Principal

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Role Overview:
The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in academic leadership, school administration, policy implementation, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of discipline and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and academic performance
• Support curriculum planning and implementation
• Supervise teaching staff and conduct performance evaluations
• Maintain student discipline and ensure a positive school culture
• Coordinate with parents and stakeholders
• Assist in admissions and strategic planning

Junior & Pre-Primary In-Charges

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the academic and administrative functioning of the Junior and Pre-Primary sections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor lesson planning and classroom delivery
• Guide teachers in innovative teaching methodologies
• Ensure child-friendly and engaging learning environments
• Organize events and activities for holistic development
• Communicate regularly with parents

TGT, PGT & PRT Teachers (All Subjects)

Subjects Include:
English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Commerce, and other CBSE subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum
• Conduct assessments and track student progress
• Participate in co-curricular and school activities
• Maintain discipline and encourage critical thinking

Mother Teachers

Classes: Nursery, LKG, UKG & Class 1
(Two teachers required per class)

Responsibilities:

• Handle foundational learning and emotional development
• Create nurturing classroom environments
• Foster early literacy and numeracy skills
• Ensure safety and well-being of young learners

Full-Time / Part-Time Teachers

• Music
• Sports
• Foreign Languages

Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized training sessions
• Prepare students for competitions and performances
• Encourage physical fitness and creative expression

Managers

• School Operations
• Marketing
• ERP Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative workflows
• Manage school branding and outreach activities
• Handle ERP systems and data management
• Support admissions and operational efficiency

Accountant & DTP Operators

Responsibilities:

• Manage school accounts and financial records
• Handle billing, payroll, and financial compliance
• Prepare academic materials and documents (DTP)
