Essential Qualifications

For JRF Position

  • Education:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with First Class from a recognized University/Institute.
    • M.E./M.Tech/M.S. in VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Microprocessors, or related ECE specializations.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Proficiency in VLSI tools will be an advantage.

For Laboratory Engineer Position

  • Education:
    • B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/ICE with First Class from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in VLSI/ASIC projects.
    • Strong understanding of front-end/back-end FPGA/ASIC developments, RTL, verification, and physical design.

  • Completed UG/PG in a relevant discipline with good academic records.
  • Passionate about teaching and guiding students in teaching positions.

Pay Scale

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

  • Rs. 35,960/- per month (consolidated) for the first two years.
  • Rs. 40,600/- per month (consolidated) for the remaining three years.

Laboratory Engineer

  • Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated) for the first two years.
  • Rs. 30,000/- per month (consolidated) for the remaining three years.
  • Duration: 60 months (renewable annually based on performance).
