Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT Kota) is an Institute of National Importance, established under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Model by an Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The Institute offers B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. programmes.
IIIT Kota invites ONLINE applications from eligible Indian nationals for the following vacant non-faculty positions through Direct Recruitment. The positions of Registrar & Deputy Registrar will be on Deputation (Short-term contract).

Note:
- The number of vacancies, including those under reserved categories, is provisional.
- # Registrar & Deputy Registrar posts are on Deputation for up to 3 years, extendable annually to a maximum of 5 years, subject to performance.

General Instructions
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Relevant experience from Central/State Governments, IITs, IISc, IISERs, NITs, IIITs, universities, or government research institutions will be considered.
- The minimum qualifying marks for tests/interviews will be decided by the selection committee.
- The age limit, educational qualifications, and experience requirements will be considered as of the closing date of the online application.
Specific Guidelines for Registrar & Deputy Registrar (Deputation Posts)
- Applicants must be from Central/State Governments, IITs, IISc, IISERs, NITs, IIITs, or public-funded research institutes.
- Applications should be submitted through the proper channel with attested copies of APARs (last five years), cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, and penalty statements.
- Pay, allowances, and other conditions will be governed by DOPT O&M no. 6/8/2009-Esst. Dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.
Other Important Instructions
- Knowledge of Computer Applications is a desirable qualification for all posts.
- Reservation is as per Central Government norms (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-Servicemen).
- Age Relaxation for reserved categories is applicable as per government rules.
- IIIT Kota encourages applications from female candidates to maintain gender balance.
