Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University (SLBSNSU), New Delhi, has announced faculty recruitment for the posts of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Eligible and qualified candidates are invited to apply through both online and postal modes before the specified dates.
Organization Profile
After the passing of Shastriji, the Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi assumed the Presidentship of the Vidyapeetha and, on 2nd October 1966, declared that it would be known as Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha.
On 1st April 1967, the Vidyapeetha was taken over by the Government of India, and on 21st December 1970, it became a constituent of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, a registered autonomous society. It was later renamed as Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Kendriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha and continues to promote Sanskrit learning and research at the national level.
