The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for two tenure-track positions in Strategic Management within the Rozanne and Billy Rosenthal Department of Management, starting Fall 2026. While the department primarily seeks Assistant Professors nearing completion of their Ph.D., both roles are open rank, and strong applications from senior candidates are encouraged.

Position Description:
Faculty members will:
- Conduct high-impact research in strategic management
- Contribute to teaching at the undergraduate, MBA, and/or executive levels
- Engage with Austin’s entrepreneurial and corporate communities
- Participate in scholarly and departmental activities
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ph.D. in Management or related field (completed by appointment start date)
- Demonstrated potential for impactful, high-quality research
- Ability to teach effectively at multiple levels
Preferred:
- Strong pipeline of publications and working papers
- Experience teaching in diverse academic environments
