Eligibility Criteria

Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience.
• At least 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Minimum research score of 120 (UGC Regulations, 2018).
• OR: Outstanding professionals with proven academic/industry contributions with 10 years of experience.

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in the concerned/relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree with at least 50% marks.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
• At least 7 publications and a research score of 75 as per UGC norms.

Assistant Professor

• Master’s degree with at least 50% marks and 55% in at least two prior exams.
• NET qualification required unless exempted.
• Ph.D. from QS Top 1000 or top 500 global ranked institutions (QS/THE/ARWU) can be considered for exemption.

Pay Scale

• Professor: Pay Level 14 (₹144,200 – ₹218,200)
• Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A (₹131,400 – ₹217,100)
• Assistant Professor: Pay Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹182,400)
