Job Opportunities:

Job Title: Research Assistant

• Project Title: Longitudinal Impact of Gender Affirming Endocrine Interventions on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Transgender Youths – A Yardstick Approach.
• Essential Qualifications:
  • PhD/M.Phil./MBA/Postgraduate in social science discipline with a minimum of 55%.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools like SPSS, AMOS, R, Python, NVivo, and web scraping tools.
  • Excellent command over oral and written English.
  • Minimum 1 year of research work or similar project experience.
  • Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Tenure of Position: 60 months or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
• Monthly Fellowship: ₹37,000/month.
• Job Location: Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu.
