We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR functions at the campus. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training & development of academic and non-academic staff. The ideal candidate will ensure that the institution attracts, retains, and motivates high-quality faculty and staff while fostering a productive and positive work environment.

HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for faculty, administrative staff, and support staff.
- Develop job descriptions, post vacancies, and screen applications.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Conduct interviews, manage selection processes, and provide onboarding to new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and queries.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and fairly.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and activities to boost morale.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for faculty and administrative staff.
- Plan and implement orientation programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the institution.
- Promote continuous learning and development in line with institutional goals.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and institutional regulations.
- Ensure compliance with state and national employment laws, including UGC, AICTE, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the annual performance review process for faculty and staff, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Work with department heads to create KPIs and assess employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and career progression.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures for all staff.
- Ensure timely processing of salaries, incentives, and benefits.
- Provide advice on pay structure, compensation benchmarks, and benefits packages.
Workforce Planning:
- Develop long-term strategies for workforce planning in line with the institution’s growth objectives.
- Manage faculty and staff scheduling, transfers, and departmental realignments as necessary.
HR Technology:
- Maintain and improve HR management systems for employee data, payroll processing, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure digital transformation and automation of routine HR processes.
Pay Scale:
As per the Instituton Norms.
