Eligibility & Qualifications
Deputy Registrar
- Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks
- At least 5 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in higher education institutions
- OR Retired Group ‘A’ Officers (Central/State Govt.) not below Deputy/Joint Secretary rank
- OR Retired Defence Officers with relevant administrative experience
- Desirable: Experience in administration, procurement, and establishment matters
Faculty – Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding
- Minimum 55% marks at UG and PG level in relevant disciplines
- UG: Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Ocean Engineering
- PG: Naval Architecture / Marine / Structural / Thermal / Production / CAD-CAM
- Desirable: Ph.D., research publications, ship design & class survey knowledge
Faculty – Mechanical Engineering
- UG in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- PG in Thermal / Production / Marine / Mechatronics / Naval Architecture
- Minimum 55% marks at UG & PG level
- Desirable: Ph.D., industry/teaching experience, OBE exposure
Faculty – Ocean Engineering
- UG in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- PG in Ocean / Coastal / Harbour / Marine Structures Engineering
- Knowledge of offshore, dredging, and marine structural design preferred
Senior Technician – Naval Architecture
- Diploma in Mechanical or Shipbuilding Engineering (AICTE approved)
- OR B.Sc. (Ship Building & Repair) from IMU
- OR Petty Officer (Shipwright) from Indian Navy/Coast Guard
Senior Technician – Mechanical Workshop
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- OR Petty Officer (Mechanical Engineering Branch) from Indian Navy/Coast Guard
Salary & Benefits
