About IGNCA:
The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, focuses on the study of the arts in relation to the natural and human environment. With a multi-disciplinary approach, the Centre works on a wide range of arts and cultural projects. Under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Centre for Design, located at Red Fort, Delhi, IGNCA is seeking to recruit candidates for various project-based positions. These positions are contractual, with the duration depending on the completion of the project.
Available Positions
- Project Manager
- No. of Post: 01
- Duration: Initially for one year (extendable based on performance)
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of 01.09.2024
- Remuneration: ₹75,000 per month
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s in Art History/Museology/Visual Arts/Architecture/Design/Heritage Management from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project design, audio-visual content writing, or management of arts and culture spaces.
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in content development, proposal writing, and design development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Research experience and ability to handle fast-paced projects.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in programme/event/exhibition coordination.
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in proposal writing, budgeting, and event management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- People management skills.

- Experience in research and art documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience in social media content curation.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
