Essential Qualifications:
M.Sc. / M.Tech. in:

  • Physics / Applied Physics
  • Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
  • Electronics / Material Science
  • Nanotechnology / Energy Science & Technology
  • Chemical Engineering

Candidates must have qualified NET/GATE in the relevant subject.

Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) / Research Associate (RA)

Essential Qualifications (as per MNRE Norms):

  • Ph.D. in Physics / Applied Physics / Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Electronics / Material Science / Nanotechnology / Energy Science & Technology / Chemical Engineering.
  • M.Sc. / M.Tech. in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • At least one research publication in a standard refereed journal listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR).

Pay Scale

  • Post-Doctoral Fellow / Research Associate: ₹47,000/- per month + HRA (as per Government rules)
  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹31,000/- per month + HRA (as per Government rules)
