The Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM), Bengaluru, Karnataka, invites applications for non-teaching positions. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply online by 7th September.

Qualification Requirements for Non-Teaching Jobs at IIPM:

For Placement Officer / Executives – Corporate Relations, Training & Placement

  • Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Preferably from a reputed industrial background with managerial experience
  • Experience in handling placement or HR functions
  • A Post Graduate Degree in Management is desirable

For Office Associates

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 55% marks
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s Degree or additional professional qualifications

Pay Scale

  • Placement Officer / Executives – As per the 7th CPC based on qualifications and experience
  • Office Associates – Level 3 / 4 as per the 7th CPC based on qualifications and experience
