Project Associate (Bioinformatics)
Department:
Biotechnology
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc, M.Tech – Bioinformatics OR Ph.D. – Bioinformatics
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with expertise in NGS data analysis (WGS, WES, RNA seq)
Job Description:
- Analyze large NGS datasets (Homo sapiens – WGS, Exome, RNA seq)
- Perform assembly, variant calling, secondary analysis, and contribute to literature writing
- Experience working with Illumina’s platforms
- Proficiency in Linux and bioinformatics/statistics tools
- Programming/scripting experience

- UG/PG degree in relevant discipline with strong academic background
- Passion for teaching and guiding students
