Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar (Gujarat), under the aegis of Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, invites applications for various teaching and non-teaching jobs on regular and contractual basis.

Vacancy Details

1. TGT (Gujarati) – Regular Basis

• No. of Posts: 01 (Reserved for OBC)
• Age Limit: 21–35 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Pay Scale: Level 07, Cell 1 – Rs. 44,900/-

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation with Gujarati as the main subject and B.Ed from a recognized university with at least 50% marks
  OR
  B.A. B.Ed. in Gujarati from Regional College of Education with at least 50% marks
• Pass in CTET Paper-2 / TET conducted as per NCTE guidelines

Desirable:

• 2 years’ teaching experience in CBSE English medium residential school
• Higher qualifications
• NCC/Sports/Extra-Curricular achievements

2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Regular Basis

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18–50 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Pay Scale: Level 02, Cell 1 – Rs. 19,900/-

Essential Qualification:

• Matriculation
• Typing speed of 40 WPM in English
• Knowledge of shorthand and English correspondence (preferred)

3. School Medical Officer – Contractual (1 Year)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21–50 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Salary: Rs. 47,600/- per month + rent-free accommodation & furniture

Essential Qualification:

• MBBS degree
• Must reside on campus
• 24×7 medical emergency support required
• No private practice allowed

4. Physical Training Instructor cum Matron (Female) – Contractual (1 Year)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21–35 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month (excluding vacation period) + free accommodation and messing

Essential Qualification:

• B.P.Ed. OR
• Any graduation + Diploma in Physical Education

Desirable:
Experience in residential school preferred

5. PGT Physics – Contractual (1 Year)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21–40 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Salary: Rs. 47,600/- per month + free accommodation and messing

Essential Qualification:

• Integrated M.Sc. B.Ed. in Physics OR
• Master’s in Physics with 50% marks + B.Ed.

Desirable:

• 2 years’ teaching experience in CBSE English medium residential school
• Higher qualifications
• NCC/Sports/Extra-Curricular achievements

6. TGT Hindi – Contractual (1 Year)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21–35 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Salary: Rs. 44,900/- per month + free accommodation and messing

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation with Hindi as main subject + B.Ed. with 50% marks
  OR
  Four-year integrated B.A.B.Ed. with Hindi
• Pass in CTET Paper-2 / TET as per NCTE guidelines

Desirable:
Same as above

7. TGT English – Contractual (1 Year)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21–35 years as on 01 Nov 2025
• Salary: Rs. 44,900/- per month + free accommodation and messing

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation with English Literature + B.Ed. with 50% marks
  OR
  Four-year integrated B.A.B.Ed. in English Literature
• Pass in CTET Paper-2 / TET as per NCTE guidelines

Desirable:
Same as above
