Eligibility & Qualifications
Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
- Minimum ten research publications in UGC/CARE/Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals
- Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018
- At least ten years of teaching/research experience
- OR outstanding professional contribution with documentary evidence
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
- Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks
- Eight years of teaching/research experience
- Seven publications and research score of 75 as per UGC rules
Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in the concerned subject
- NET / SLET / SET required unless exempted by Ph.D. under UGC regulations
- Foreign Ph.D. from top 500 ranked universities may be considered for exemption
Salary & Benefits
- Professor: Academic Level 14 – ₹1,44,200 to ₹2,18,200
- Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A – ₹1,31,400 to ₹2,17,100
- Assistant Professor: Academic Level 10 – ₹57,700 to ₹1,82,400
