Job Description

Delhi Public School (DPS), Sushant Lok – Gurugram, under the aegis of DPS Society, New Delhi, invites applications from qualified, trained, and experienced educators for various teaching and administrative positions for the academic session 2025–26. The school seeks professionals with a strong background in public school education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster holistic student growth.

Available Teaching & Non-Teaching Positions

1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

• PGT English
• PGT Business Studies (BST)
• Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed. in relevant subject as per CBSE norms.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools preferred.

2. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)

• TGT Social Science
• TGT Science
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. in relevant discipline.
• Experience: Strong subject knowledge and experience in handling middle school classes.

3. Primary & Pre-Primary Teachers

• PRT English
• Pre-Primary Teacher
• Co-Teachers (Pre-Primary)
• Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed. / NTT / ECCE or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Prior experience in activity-based and experiential learning preferred.

4. HM / Coordinator (Pre-Primary & Primary)

• Role: Lead academic planning and teacher mentoring for Pre-Primary and Primary sections.
• Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed. / M.Ed. and minimum 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience.

5. School Counsellor

• Qualification: Postgraduate in Psychology or Child Development.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in counselling students and supporting emotional wellbeing programs.

6. Estate Manager

• Role: Responsible for overseeing campus maintenance, safety, and facility management.
• Qualification: Graduate with relevant administrative experience.

7. Lab Assistant (Chemistry)

• Qualification: Graduate in Science with Chemistry as a major subject.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in managing and maintaining school science laboratories.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: As per CBSE / Government norms.
• Experience: Candidates must have relevant public-school experience.
• Skills Required: Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Selection Process

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
• The selection will involve a written test, classroom demonstration, and personal interview (where applicable).
