Eligibility & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first-class academic record
- Assistant Professor Grade II: Maximum age 32 years
- Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum 3 years post-PhD experience, age limit 35 years
- Associate Professor (School of Innovation): Minimum 6 years experience including 3 years as Assistant Professor Grade I
- Desirable qualifications in Design/Architecture for School of Innovation
Salary & Benefits – Faculty Pay Structure
IIT Indore offers highly competitive salaries under the 7th Pay Commission along with multiple benefits:
- Assistant Professor Grade II: ₹70,900 basic + allowances
- Assistant Professor Grade I: ₹1,01,500 basic + allowances
- Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600 basic + allowances
- CPDA, Research Seed Grants, International Research Grants
- Medical facilities, accommodation, children education allowance
