Eligibility & Qualifications
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant or allied discipline.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching or research experience at university/college or research institution level.
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Total research score of 75 as per UGC regulations.
Professor
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Total research score of 120 as per UGC guidelines.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching or research experience in university or national level institutions.
- Experience guiding doctoral candidates is desirable.
Alternatively, outstanding professionals with significant industry contributions and at least 10 years of experience may also apply.
Dean
- Qualifications and experience must comply with UGC norms and Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016 (Section 15(4)).
