Faculty Hub is an online platform that helps teachers and institutions find each other. We are not an employer, a recruitment or placement agency, or a party to any job offer, contract or payment between users. Every hiring decision is made by the employer and the candidate.

2. Job Listings and Hiring Outcomes

• Listings are posted by employers or added by our team. We try to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise that a listing is genuine, complete, current or still open.
• We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer or a job, or that an employer will find a suitable candidate.
• Pay, role, location and conditions are the employer’s, and may change. Always confirm them with the employer.
• A listing on Faculty Hub is not an endorsement of the employer, the role or any candidate.

3. Stay Safe from Job Fraud

• Faculty Hub never asks you for money to apply for, or get, a job.
• Be careful with any employer who asks for a fee, deposit, or bank or OTP details.
• Check an institution’s name, address and website before you share documents or visit in person.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Résumé analysis, question-paper generation and answer-sheet grading use artificial intelligence, which can be wrong, incomplete or biased. Treat the output as a draft. Review it before you use it, especially for marks, grades and anything that affects a student or a hiring decision. You are responsible for how you use it.

5. Information and Content

Blog posts, news, salary figures, exam and recruitment updates and similar content are for general information only. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. Check official notifications and the issuing body's website before you act on any date, eligibility rule or fee.

6. WhatsApp and Other Alerts

Alerts depend on third-party networks and services and on matching your preferences, so they may be delayed, missed or not sent. A paid alert service does not guarantee that you will receive every job.

7. Third-Party Links, Ads and Services

We link to external sites and may show advertisements. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or conduct. Dealing with them is at your own risk.

8. No Warranty and Limited Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Faculty Hub is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on listings, profiles, AI output, alerts or other content, or from dealings with employers or other users. See the Terms and Conditions for the full limits.
