These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Faculty Hub. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer before you use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Faculty Hub (GSTIN 06DKPPN0740G1Z4), 311-L, First Floor, Near SBI Bank, Model Town, Karnal, Haryana 132001. By creating an account or using the platform you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform” means the facultyhub.in website and related services.
  • “User” means anyone who uses the platform, including teachers, students, employers and visitors.
  • “Employer” means a school, college, university, coaching centre or other institution that posts jobs.
  • “Services” means job listings, applications, hiring tools, WhatsApp alerts, AI-assisted features, tutoring and community features.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older, and able to enter a legally binding contract, to use the paid and job-related services. A person under 18 may sign up as a student only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf; signing up as a student confirms that you are 18 or older or that this consent has been given.
  • Give accurate and current information, and keep it up to date. One person may keep one account.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, so tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
  • An employer account must be created by someone authorised to act for that institution.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, or impersonate any person or institution;
  • post a job that does not exist, or collect money, deposits or fees from candidates for a job, interview or placement;
  • harass, abuse or spam other users, or use their contact details for anything unrelated to a genuine job or service;
  • copy, scrape or harvest data from the platform by automated means without our written permission;
  • upload content that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or that promotes violence, gambling or self-harm, or that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or public order of India;
  • upload content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark or other rights, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts;
  • resell or share a paid plan or paid access with others, or bypass plan limits.

5. Job Postings and Applications

Faculty Hub is a platform that connects teachers and institutions. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, and we are not a party to any hiring decision, offer or contract between you and an employer or candidate.

  • Employers are responsible for their listings being accurate, lawful and genuine, including pay, role and location.
  • Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and applications.
  • We may review, edit, hide or remove any listing or profile that breaks these Terms or appears misleading, without notice.
  • We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or still open, or that you will be hired, shortlisted or find a suitable candidate.
  • Do your own checks before sharing documents or accepting an offer, and never pay money to get a job. Please report suspicious listings to us.

6. Reporting Content and Our Role as an Intermediary

For content posted by users, Faculty Hub acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We do not create or approve that content, but we act when we are told about it.

  • To report content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or that breaks these Terms, email contact.facultyhub@gmail.com with the link and the reason.
  • We remove or disable content that a court or the appropriate government agency orders us to, or that we find breaks these Terms, and we may keep a copy as the law requires.
  • If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you why where we can, and you may reply to us to ask for a review.
  • We review these Terms and our rules and tell users about them at least once a year.

7. Your Content

You own the content you submit (profile, résumé, posts, listings and messages). By submitting it, you give Faculty Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and process it to run and improve the platform and the services you use, including showing it to other users where a feature makes it visible. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups or that other users have already shared.

8. Paid Services, Billing and Payments

  • Prices, validity and what each plan or add-on includes are shown before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees, and the amount you pay, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.
  • There are three kinds of purchase: autopay plans (billed repeatedly), fixed-length plans (one payment for a set number of days), and one-time add-ons such as WhatsApp Job Alerts.
  • Autopay plans are billed through Razorpay. Fixed-length plans and add-ons are paid once through Cashfree. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Access starts after we receive confirmation of payment from the payment partner. If a payment is debited but access is not activated, contact us with the payment reference and we will fix it.
  • A fixed-length plan can be bought again once your current paid plan has ended.
  • We may change prices for new purchases. A change never raises what you are charged for a period you have already paid for.

Autopay. When you start an autopay plan you authorise recurring charges at the interval you chose (monthly, quarterly or half-yearly) until you cancel. Your bank or card issuer may notify you before each recurring debit and lets you withdraw the mandate with them, as Reserve Bank of India rules provide. You can also cancel at any time from My Plan. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

AI-assisted features (résumé analysis, question-paper generation, answer-sheet grading) are limited by the credits included in your plan. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period and are not refundable.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

  • If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and did not receive the service, we will correct it or refund you.
  • Other refund requests should reach us within 7 days of the charge and are reviewed case by case. Digital access that has been used is generally not refundable.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • To request a refund, email us the registered email address and payment reference.

Write to contact.facultyhub@gmail.com.

10. Messages and Communications

By registering, you agree that we may send you service messages by email, in-app notification and, if you provided a number, WhatsApp, such as verification, security, application updates, purchase confirmations and alerts you subscribed to. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted features can make mistakes. Their output, including generated question papers, rubrics, grades and résumé suggestions, is a draft to help you. You must review it before relying on it or acting on it. Faculty Hub is not responsible for decisions you or others make from AI output. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

12. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, text, logo, software and data compilation, belongs to Faculty Hub or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services such as payment, messaging and video providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

14. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, post harmful or fraudulent content, or threaten the safety or operation of the platform. Money paid is not refunded for a suspension caused by your breach.

You can stop using the platform at any time. To delete your account, email contact.facultyhub@gmail.com from your registered address. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you are a school, the public page, job listings and posts you published stay on the platform after your account is deleted and are then managed by Faculty Hub, so that candidates and links to them keep working.

15. Changes to the Services

We may add, change or stop features from time to time. If we remove a paid feature you are still entitled to, we will give you a fair remedy such as a refund for the unused period.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings, profiles, content or alerts will be accurate, complete or timely. See our Disclaimer for more.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Faculty Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of income, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the platform or from dealings with other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to INR ₹8,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate Faculty Hub for losses and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the platform.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first and we will try to resolve any dispute informally. Failing that, the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any right a consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including to approach the consumer commission where they live or work.

20. General

  • If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • Not enforcing a term at once does not waive it.
  • These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are our entire agreement with you on their subject.
  • You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or a notice on the site. Using the platform after a change means you accept it.

22. Accessibility

We aim to keep Faculty Hub accessible to everyone. If you find an accessibility problem, tell us at contact.facultyhub@gmail.com.

23. Contact and Grievances

Questions or complaints about these Terms, a payment or user content: contact our Grievance Officer, Akshay Narwal, Faculty Hub, at contact.facultyhub@gmail.com, 311-L, First Floor, Near SBI Bank, Model Town, Karnal, Haryana 132001. We acknowledge a complaint about content within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. We acknowledge other complaints, including payment and refund complaints, within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
