- Project Title: Development of Silicon Proven IP Cores, Transceiver IC, and System Prototype for mmWave Radar Sensing in Healthcare and Security Applications
- Department: Electronics Engineering
- Funding Agency: Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India
- Tenure: Project duration or up to 10th February 2027, whichever is earlier.
Essential Qualifications
- For Project Assistant:
- B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 65% marks (OBC/SC/ST: 60%).
- For JRF:
- M.Tech in VLSI, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 65% marks (OBC/SC/ST: 60%).
Desired Experience
- GATE/UGC-NET qualified candidates preferred.
- Strong research record and good academic standing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Emoluments
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000 + HRA per month (as per norms).
- Project Assistant: ₹23,200 per month, including HRA.
