Eligibility & Qualifications
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline (mandatory)
- Educational qualifications must meet NIT Statutes (2017) & Amendment 2023
- Consistently good academic record throughout career
- Relevant teaching/research experience preferred
- Experience considered only from recognized institutions (e.g., IITs, NITs, IIMs, NIRF-ranked institutions)
- Strong research, publication, and academic credentials
- Note: Candidates with recent Ph.D. from NIT Mizoram require a minimum 3-year gap to apply
