Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Professor (International Relations)
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, or a related field with at least 55% marks from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Must have cleared UGC NET, CSIR NET, or an equivalent test. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Strong academic background and experience in policy-oriented research.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
Subject Matter Specialist (Tibetan Language)
Required qualifications include:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks in relevant subjects from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Advanced proficiency in Tibetan Language, with preference given to native speakers.
- Experience in guiding research projects and collaborating with academic and security institutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Pay Scale:
- Assistant Professor (International Relations): INR 92,239/- fixed
- Subject Matter Specialist (Tibetan Language): INR 1,18,000/- fixed
