Job Description
- Deliver lectures, conduct workshops, and mentor students across BBA/MBA programs
- Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends and NEP 2020
- Guide student projects, internships, and dissertations
- Engage in research and publish in academic/industry journals
- Contribute to institutional activities, events, and collaborations
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning Areas of Specialization (any one or more):
- Marketing | Finance | Human Resource | Operations | Entrepreneurship
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Construction & Project Management
- AI in Business and Emerging Technologies
- Digital Media, Communication, and Branding Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) with minimum 55% marks
- NET/Ph.D. preferred (as per UGC norms)
- 2+ years of teaching or relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
