Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. or equivalent from reputed institutions
- First-class or equivalent in a Master’s degree with excellent academic records
- Preference for post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience
- Research capabilities demonstrated through publications or authored books
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. or equivalent from reputed institutions
- First-class or equivalent in a Master’s degree with excellent academic records
- At least six years of post-Ph.D. experience, including three years at the Assistant Professor level
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals and books
Professor
- Ph.D. or equivalent from reputed institutions
- First-class or equivalent in a Master’s degree with outstanding academic records
- A minimum of ten years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience, including four years at the Associate Professor level
- Leadership in research with a strong record of publications
Remuneration
- Assistant Professor: Pay Matrix 12A (Rs 83,600 – Rs 2,09,200)
- Gross Annual CTC: Rs. 20,58,420/-
- Associate Professor: Pay Matrix 13C (Rs 1,37,000 – Rs 2,13,500)
- Gross Annual CTC: Rs. 33,63,648/-
- Professor: Pay Matrix 14A (Rs 1,49,100 – Rs 2,18,900)
- Gross Annual CTC: Rs. 36,59,412/-
