Educational Qualifications

The faculty must possess the following qualifications for the respective subjects:

  1. Perspective in Education or Foundation Courses:
    • Postgraduate Degree in Social Science with 55% marks.
    • M.Ed. Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • SET/NET/Ph.D. in Education.
      OR
    • Postgraduate (M.A.) Degree in Education with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. Degree in Education with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • SET/NET/Ph.D. in Education.
  2. Curriculum and Pedagogic Courses:
    • Postgraduate Degree in Science / Mathematics / Social Sciences / Languages with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • M.Ed. Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • SET/NET/Ph.D. in Education.
  3. Health and Physical Education:
    • Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • SET/NET/Ph.D. in Physical Education.
  4. Performing Arts (Music/Dance/Theatre) / Fine Arts:
    • Postgraduate Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) with a minimum of 55% marks.
      OR
    • Postgraduate Degree in Music / Dance / Theatre Arts with a minimum of 55% marks.
    • SET/NET/Ph.D. in Fine Arts.
