Qualifications:
- A Master's degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject.
- Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET), conducted by UGC or CSIR, or have a Ph.D. according to the UGC's 2009 or 2016 regulations.
- Ph.D. holders are exempt from NET/SET if specific conditions are met, such as: Ph.D. awarded in regular mode.
- Thesis evaluated by two examiners.
- Open viva voce conducted.
- Two research papers published from Ph.D. work.
- Two papers presented in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR conferences.
Candidates with Ph.D.s from foreign universities ranked in the top 500 by QS, THE, or ARWU are also eligible.
Candidate Profile:
- UG/PG degrees in relevant fields with excellent academic records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- A solid research background.

Pay Scale:
As per UGC and State Government norms.
