Responsibilities and Duties

As an Assistant Professor at HKBK Degree College, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing lesson plans and adapting the curriculum to meet individual student needs.
  • Using effective teaching techniques to create productive student learning experiences.
  • Utilizing computers and technological classroom tools to support student instruction.
  • Maintaining classroom organization, discipline, and a functional learning environment.
  • Establishing and upholding standards of student behavior to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Ensuring a safe and supervised classroom environment.
  • Accurately measuring student progress and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Preparing student progress reports and evaluating academic and personal growth.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Post-graduation/Master’s in English or Hindi.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the college level in English or Hindi.
  • Preferred: Immediate joiners.
