Roles & Responsibilities Teaching Role:
General:
- Demonstrate a willingness to explore new research areas and integrate emerging trends.
- Publish research in high-impact management journals.
- Prepare successful grant proposals to secure research funding.
- Have knowledge of funding sources in management studies.
- Exhibit strong presentation skills for conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Specific:
- Proven publication record in Scopus/Web of Science or ADBC journals.
- Maintain a pipeline of articles in various stages of publication (topic identification, data collection, submission, acceptance).
- Be familiar with technology tools and platforms relevant to management research, data analysis, and teaching, such as Structural Equation Modelling, SPSS, and NVivo.
Required Skills:
- Experience in working on research projects.
- Ability to identify and pursue external funding opportunities to support research projects.
- Competence in preparing and submitting grant proposals in compliance with funding agency guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associate/Assistant Professor: BBM/BBA (or) MBA or a related field in Management Sciences, with a Ph.D. in the same.
Experience:
- 0-8 years of relevant experience.
