Project Description

The project focuses on computational modeling of proteins, studying the impact of mutations on protein conformation, flexibility, and stability using accelerated molecular dynamics simulations and in-silico docking. It also aims to develop a potential small molecule database for drug discovery.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Computational Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, M.Pharm., or related fields with at least 55% marks.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in protein modeling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation
  • Experience in computer-aided drug design and in-silico genomic analysis
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
