Eligibility Criteria

Junior Office Assistant (JOA)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
    • (Equivalent to 10500 KDPH and 9000 KDPH respectively, calculated on an average of five key depressions per word.)

Office Assistant (OA) / Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Level-2 (7th CPC) in a Central/State Government, University, R&D Institution, Autonomous Body, or PSU.
  • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
    • (Equivalent to 10500 KDPH and 9000 KDPH respectively.)

Pay Scale

  • Junior Office Assistant (JOA): Level-2, Entry Pay ₹19,900/- (7th CPC)
  • Office Assistant (OA) / DEO: Level-4, Entry Pay ₹25,500/- (7th CPC)
